Rice University Cambridge Office Building and Garage

Greco Structures was selected for this hybrid project consisting of a ground-floor office topped with four stories and 275,833 square feet of parking garage space. The project satisfies the university’s needs for more office space and parking, while at the same time adding beauty to a highly visible location by camouflaging a typically unattractive garage.
