The role you will play:

  • Establish and maintain on-going relationships with customers and clients
  • Consistently follow up with clients to ensure services provided are consistent with expectations
  • Track and monitor the status of all bid proposals and future project opportunities
  • Develop Sales Strategies in line with company’s short- and long-range business objectives
  • Evaluate upcoming opportunities to assess the feasibility of the prospect for the Company
  • Participate in outside activities for public and customer relations
  • Serve as a liaison with clients in bid proposals, pre-qualification submittals, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with estimating staff to maintain knowledge of pending project status
  • Responsible for the company’s membership and involvement in key professional organizations
  • Assemble and complete Pre-Qualification application and required back up
  • Weekly updates regarding pursuits, pending projects, client meetings, and upcoming opportunities
  • Collaborate with management to discuss bid proposal details including project feasibility, cost estimates, timeframes, deadlines, and project performance
  • Support business development initiatives including marketing materials and website updates
  • Perform all administrative and technical duties as may be assigned or requested by immediate supervision
