Job Description

Our concrete construction firm has an opening for a Construction Project Manager. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and structural concrete construction. Our company is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.

Project Manager Specific Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction Planning and Strategy Development
  • Project Schedule Development
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Buyout
  • Preparationof Subcontract and Vendor Agreements
  • Assembly of Project Logs
    (submittal, procurement, change order, pier log etc.)
  • Submittal Management
  • Planning & Sequencing
  • Weekly Schedule Updates
  • Unit Reporting and Labor Productivity Management
  • RFI and Change Document Management
  • Change Order Management
  • Project Meeting set up and documentation
  • Progress Payments Management
  • Safety and quality control program support

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience managing construction projects
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well within a deadline-driven environment
  • Must perform functions efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision
