Safety is always our top priority at Greco Structures. Our commitment begins as soon as we arrive on the jobsite. Every morning, Greco leads a stretch-and-flex warmup for our project staff, which has proven to reduce injuries in the workplace. Our culture can be contagious at times, and often leads to other on-site personnel joining the warmups alongside our employees. We enjoy this part of our job, and love to work next to industry partners that will look out for one another.

At Greco, safety is a fundamental value for our operations. We set high safety standards to minimize jobsite risks for all. Greco’s commitment to our employees and customers is to provide the safest working environment possible every single day. Our safety program emphasizes employee training and responsibility, supervisor leadership and accountability, and the strong, unbending support of management. Greco maintains stringent PPE requirements and offers continuous learning, improving, and training programs.

Greco considers each employee a part of our family. Our new-employee orientation program includes pre-placement drug screening and training in both English and Spanish. As part of our continuous training and review, supervisors hold weekly Toolbox Meetings with their crews. The result is a better-informed, safer, and more productive team.
