CityCentre Four

Located on one of the last remaining undeveloped parcels of the CityCentre mixed-used development in west Houston, the CityCentre Four site measures just 176 feet by 221 feet. The challenging project involved wedging the sleek new 150,423 square-foot mixed-use facility into the tiny pocket of land just five feet away from the Beltway 8 access road, 80 feet from the Hotel Sorella and 25 feet south of CityCentre Three. The building is a core and shell office on floors two through six, with retail and dining on the first floor.
