Caremoli Office and Warehouse

Gresco Structures helped build a 25,000-square-foot industrial office and warehouse complex for Caremoli. The facility is a combination pre-engineered metal building structure with non-load-bearing, tilt-up concrete walls and a structural steel frame designed to support a 20-ton, double-girder bridge crane. The building has a concrete slab-on-grade foundation and a standing-seam metal roof. Associated sitework included erosion and sedimentation controls as well as 43,000 SF of paving, sidewalks and curbs.
