Airtex Office and Warehouse

This state-of-the-art, Class-A office and warehouse facility was built on a 14-acre site in North Houston. The building features a 32-foot clear height that provides ample cubic feet for storage. With an office area on each corner of the building, the cross-dock facility offers the flexibility to accommodate up to four tenants. The building provides dock-high doors as well as grade-level access doors for truck/trailer access to handle air and sea containers.
