Greco provided turnkey concrete for the University of Houston-Victoria's three-story, 104,000-square-foot University Commons project. The Commons combines the University of Houston-Victoria’s (UHV) first student center with a modern library. The first floor includes a food court, coffee bar, bookstore, video game area, multi-purpose room, and study spaces. The second floor is a combination of a student center and learning commons (modern library). The third floor contains an additional supply of books, a deck with outdoor seating, and meeting rooms.
