PROJECT DETAILS
Port 10 Logistics Center will be a three-million-square-foot speculative warehouse and distribution park near the Port of Houston. Greco Structures is currently working on the Building 1 tilt-wall project with a belled pier foundation under slab-on-grade. This project will contain over 82,000 square feet of 9¼-inch thick tilt-wall panels and 377,047 square feet of slab-on-grade.
