Century Square

Greco Structures helped to deliver Century Square in College Station, building the four-story, 162-room Hotel George and surrounding shops. The 60-acre development is designed to create a dynamic community center where people congregate from across the region to experience a walkable, urban destination. The project features premier retail and restaurant establishments, entertainment venues, Class-A office space and two full-service hotels.
