Leonard Water Treatmanet Plant – Phase 2

The Leonard Water Treatment Plant (WTP), located at 17600 S. State Highway 78, Leonard, Texas, is undergoing a major Phase II expansion as part of the Bois d’Arc Lake System managed by the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD). This project is critical to meeting the growing water demands of North Texas communities through 2031.
