Greco Structures provided the concrete for Plains All American’s new three-story 100,000-square-foot Midland office. The tilt-wall building houses the operations control center for the company’s U.S. distribution business. The facility includes multiple redundant control systems such as emergency power systems, two generators, and blast-proof glass panels to avoid shutdowns.
