The role you will play:
- Contract Document review (Specs, Drawings, Schedules, Project Requirements, etc)
- Geotechnical Report review and analysis
- Verify Special Project and Site Requirements
- Submit and Track RFI’s
- Receive and track Addenda and other Drawing Changes
- Vendor and Subcontractor identification and solicitation
- Perform Quantity Take-Off
- Prepare Scope Sheets for Vendors
- Equipment and Manpower plan
- Equipment Fuel and Production calculations
- Phasing Schedule and Work plan
- Hoisting plan and pricing
- Shoring and Formwork plan and pricing
- Prepare Estimate using updated pricing for material, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors
- Use schedule and manpower plan to adjust productivity in Estimating Software program
- Set up meeting to review estimate with team before bid day
- Organize Bid Day meeting and proposal submission
- Schedule routine follow up calls and status updates for pending proposals
- Update Historical Database after Bid day
- Support Operations with change management during course of construction
